The Kraemer Building sits in the middle of Anaheim's historic Colony District, so a lot of what you want is a short walk away. It is also 2.5 miles from Disneyland, which makes it a good base if you want both a walkable neighborhood and quick access to the parks.
The Anaheim Packing District
The restored Anaheim Citrus Packing House, built in 1919, is now a food hall with cafes and kiosks, a large central atrium for shared dining, and an outdoor marketplace. The Packard Showroom is nearby on Anaheim Blvd. It is the easiest place to start when everyone in the group wants something different for dinner.
Everyday needs across the street
A Vons supermarket is directly across the street, and guests tell us there are coffee shops, a pharmacy and a sushi restaurant close by. Every residence has a fully stocked kitchen.
