Many of our guests are families and small groups visiting Disneyland. This page explains how our residences work for a group of 4 or 6, so you can pick the right one before you book. The Kraemer is in downtown Anaheim, 2.5 miles from Disneyland.
Groups of up to 4
Culver is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath residence for up to 4 guests. It suits a couple, or two adults with children, and has the same full kitchen and free parking as the larger residences.
Groups of up to 6
Hawthorne, Carson and Monterey are 2-bedroom, 2-bath residences that sleep up to 6, with a living room and an air mattress available for additional guests. Two bathrooms make busy mornings easier, and separate bedrooms mean some of the group can go to bed early. See Hawthorne, Carson and Monterey. Carson and Monterey overlook Disneyland's nightly fireworks.
