If you are planning a Disneyland or Anaheim trip for more than a couple of people, a residence-style rental is worth comparing with a hotel room. Space for the whole group
Our Culver is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath residence for up to 4 guests. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath residences (Hawthorne, Carson and Monterey) sleep up to 6, with a living room and an air mattress available for additional guests. One guest wrote that it was "so much cheaper than a hotel" and that they loved how spacious it was.
A kitchen and a supermarket across the street
Every residence has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and utensils, and a Vons supermarket is across the street. Guests mention the kitchen and a big refrigerator in their reviews. Cooking breakfast and packing snacks can cut a good part of a trip's food bill.
Parking and getting around
Parking behind the building is free and secure (cars need to be moved every 72 hours), and there is EV charging in the garage. Disneyland is 2.5 miles away by car or rideshare, and guests describe the trip as roughly 8 to 10 minutes. See our parking and EV charging details.
Things to compare honestly
- Check-in: self check-in with a door code and instructions sent before arrival. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am.

- Laundry: pay-per-use washers and dryers in the basement.
- Location: a walkable downtown rather than a resort strip. Dozens of restaurants and the Anaheim Packing District are within walking distance (see the downtown guide).
